It's the only team where 2-3 seems to work.

The question is, why 3-2 is so easy to play and 2-3 need so special players?

did it before, my guards aren't superior in OD(16 and 15 Starter, backup 13), my SF had (OD 15 and ID 10 blocking 2, backup 12/10/8) my bigs mostly have OD 8+(one with 11 also rotates sometimes on SF) and ID 17/15/11/12 SB 11/8/9/5(the first two are my usual starters, the last two the backups the C starter have just a 4 in OD).

So overall i don't have are extraordinary squad, and when i play inside against 2-3 i get also trouble against it, so my squad is after Marot logic also the only one where 2-3 works against.

Is 1-3-1 better than M2M or 3-2? Both 2-3 and 1-3-1 are for situational use only. 2-3 will help you get those needed boards if opponent pushes for inside tacs, but will be wide open if opponents can hit from further than under the basket. 1-3-1 will get smashed inside if opponent has decent passing and capable big men. Will not help you if your SF and PF can't defend outside.
These tacs should be used only if the opponent has no real threat from inside (reb, def big men) or outside (no decent jump shooters). Both of these tacs have more disadvantages than advantages compared to M2M and 3-2. I have found use for both from time to time. But there aren't many onesided teams in upper divisions.

You can play players out of position in scrimmages.

And if you want to have training as a priority instead of league championships, then playing guys out of position is not that big of a deal. Also, Siam Paragon often plays his players out of position and does just fine in our competition, so I know you are wrong about that. If getting centers to 8 OD is a big deal to you, you could do so. Easy.

You have to prioritize in this game. Great draftees? Lose games. Centers with 8 OD? Play them out of position. Win games? Don't worry about training/ draftees. Get rich? Work the TL daily. It's up to you. But if someone has a different plan than you, don't assume they are cheating. I can't stand the vilification of Venomous Scorpions. He executed a plan brilliantly and the big timers cried like babies because they either didn't think of it or didn't do it. So what? Get on with it. If you spend your time on this game being unhappy about whatever aspect of it you can think of, try a different diversion.

Your simplification of how things work is really lame and your constant declarations about farms is such a broken record that it has become a joke to me and to many others I am sure. You have absolutely no idea about how many farms and multis there actually are so you should either get some facts to support your accusations or stop with the ranting.

Once I scored a basket that still makes me laugh.
