I'm upset of the market at the moment and I don't know if I will be playing in BB in a few seasons...

And just because of that, training players will become more imortant, especially in a small coutry like Belgium. The big problem is that there's a lack of motivation to train players and I have no idea why because for me, training my players is the most fun part in BB, I would have never reached were I am now without training. The problem is that the most managers don't know the importance of training, so for me the question is: how do we get the managers more motivated to train their young native players? That's why I agree with BigT to create a new forum to help the new managers to understand better the importance of training.
I'm also complaining about the fact that we always have to write in English on the fora, this is preventing me from being more active on it, and I'm sure that there are some other managers who think the same as me. So if we create a new forum why not creating two of them? 1 for the Dutch speaking managers and 1 for the French speaking managers. I think this would raise the activity on a long term. But realising such a thing will need some time and effort, and as said, there are only 3 U21 scouts (Guiguits, BigT and me) so it's nice to hear some motivation to help us out.

Dividing the forums would be a really bad idea I believe

We have 189 ''active'' teams, how many would participate in such a forum? I would say at really best 30-40? If you would divide them we would still rip the country apart. Many managers including me don't speak dutch, maybe some speak neither dutch nor french. Just look at this like a chance to get better in english language :)

Yes ok I understand what you mean. 2 fora could cause a kind of polarity between the French and the Dutch managers, thats true, but what we want is to help the new managers by sharing our experiences with them and the easiest way to do this is in their own langauge. I just think this is the best way for the new managers, I'm speaking about the rookies in the game.
+ If you are speaking about 30-40 managers in a common forum, I would say that there would be about 50 managers in total divided between the 2 fora.
Do you understand my opinion? I think being able to communicate in your own langauge will lead to a higher activity on the forum. Like you say there are people who don't speak dutch, but on the other hand there are also people who don't speak French and English. This people doesn't have the chance now to communicate in the Belgium forum because we always have to write in English

I have just one question; for some countries if you acquire a player he will have a notification on his player side considering he may be for some value for the NT/U21, how does it come we don't have that for Belgian players

I've found the way to make a U21/national team advertisement. Just click on the player page and to the right of the top you have the list with player history, career stats,... and also 'make a new advertisement' then the national team coaches can select to make an advertisment for national team requirements. Do you think this might be helpfull for the U21/National team?

right i'm going to say 2 things concerning this part:

1) if you want to make that forum, it's outside of BB. that for the very simple reason that long ago, in his wisdom, GM-LoD made the decision to post everything in English because the managers don't understand enough of both languages to allow users to communicate in dutch/french. If we do make 2 fora, it will just futher divide the forum (& nation). i don't think you read my post well, but where as i acknowlege the problem of wirting in English, it's a necessairy evil.

2) i won't stop you from writing guides in both languages and appointing managers to answer to them in both languages by PM. but that is as far as i will premit things to go. Some managers have complained in the past when things were written in French, cause they considered dutch the language of the nation. Others complained that the 3 GM's Belgium has had were all dutch and that the walloon part of the country isn't properly represented. So to avoid any complaints, the forum should remain in english. If you don't approve, feel free to try and make an external forum. but i doubt you'll get enough animo on it to sustain it. futhermore, you should know, making an external forum means that you are pulling people away from these forums.

@Joe: give me 5 managers this season. i won't be in belgium to do the scouting, but i'll be back by week 2. so i'll be happy to follow up some managers & guide them through the training part ;)
