I have a Utopia team. Is it possible for both my regular team and my Utopia team to be in the same BBM tier?

If yes, is it possible, depending on their win/loss record and points difference, to have them assigned to play against each other? Since I will be setting up both teams for the game, wouldn't that give me an oportunity to cheat and secure the win for the team I wish to favor?

Knowing that all teams pay salaries for the upcoming week, which will happen first between salaries and offseason processing? I.E.: do I still pay my team their salaries from the current season, or what it will update to for S59?
