aray.. sakit naman nyan.. balak ko man ifocus siya.. but u know, league 3 pa ko.. hina pa arena ko.. hay.. saka na jag, willing ako pero financially, bankrupt ako nyan..

Sana makapasok na next season ang trainee ko. 2-position training kasi ginawa ko sa kanya last season kaya 8 pops lang ang nakuha nya. Mahina kasi team ko kaya kailangan ko maisama sa training ang ibang big men ko. Ngayong season single position training na sya. Kaso Center kasi sya. Mas kailangan ata natin ng mga Guards. Sana kahit papano makasali sya U21.

train pa kayo guyz for next u21 players.. dami kasing players ng u21 turning 22 next season..
about 11 out of 15 players.. it's your chance basta train lang ng train..

ang focus training ay isang training na concentrated sa isang player to 2 players with the same position (for 1 position training).

payo ko, magconcentrate ka ng training kay samuel novera, tapos magsabay ka rin ng kasama nya sa training.

ito ang skills na pataasin mo

inside shot
inside defense
rebounding
shot blocking

never say die!!!!

Congratulations po sa lahat ng owners ng U21 players this season... somehow ay nabiyayaan sila ng mga magagandang training results sa mga players na kawani ng U21.

Maraming salamat din po sa dedication na ibinibigay sa mga players nila, dahil both their teams at ang U21 ang nagbebenefit.

Sana po walang tigil din ang inyong pop-ups sa mga players, at sana madami ding sumunod sa yapak ninyo para magkaroon pa ng mas magandang future ang U21.

You all made this work... be proud of yourselves... Philippines U21 would never reach this stature if it wasn't for the player owners.

MABUHAY ANG PILIPINAS!!!
