2. Do the level of the staff people will influence on their specialization..?
For example, Doctor 6 with Massage will keep the players from a drop in GS better way than Doctor 3 with Massage?

I have read that the lvl of staff has nothing to do with their specialty: a lvl 3 doctor will massage just as good as a lvl 6 doctor.

I think that would be better rephrased, it was confusing when I first read it.

A lvl 6 Doctor will always be better than a level 3 doctor. But the benefit provided by the specialty is equivalent regardless of staff level.

There is no limit to salary increase. You _will_ have to change your staff eventually.

You should definitely think twice before writing something like this... as there is a 'GM' in front of you name, other managers tend to believe that what you claim is a fact and not just a personal opinion.
Cheers

You are absolutely right and I stand corrected.

The part of this that is still garbage is that I went from having a very good trainer to having a middle of the road, hardly better than average trainer. My team won't progress as I was, and now I can see myself being stuck in division III forever. Why didn't you really give us what we had, it feels like I am being punished.

I don't think 5 is middle of the road. There is no telling how big the difference between a level 5 and a level 7 trainer is. My guess would be -- minimal.

well, 5 with a cap of 7 would really put me at about 7.12 in the old system. Even a 6 would have been low balling me.

That is incorrect. Why don't you read what the BB's said? 5 is equal to 10. Your trainer will have exactly the same effect on training as he did when he was a 9 or 10. You didn't get downgraded. He is the same as before.

The diifference is that there are now a few exceptional trainers in the game. Guys who would be 11-14 in the old system. They are very expensive, and, as the BB's have said no less than three times, not worth the money.

This would only be true if the improvement in effect between 5 and 7 is the same as the one between 3 to 5, which might or might not be the case.

i think you happen to be a selfish boy that wants anything that is new and if you dont get it you feel the whole world is unfair.

before we only have level 10 guys, wherein now is equal to level 5 guy. dont you think its already something good you dont have to googoo over a level 9 anymore.

have you even thought how your financials work with having a level 6 guy on your staff, even now everyone is paying a bloated amount just to have a new guy.

this is quite a fascinating thought you have, i dont think your not getting anything less of whats the best last time around it onlyu got better.

come on! mate! cheer up!

No, your trainer has the same effectiveness as before.

The old scale of 1-10 is now 1-5 (with 6-7 being superior to the 10 of the former system).
