Dindt read all the post, but now that you are talking about salaries on the players etc.

I agree that i prefer a center with great secundaries skills than only primaries skills(its also more desirable for salary), but using only push the ball its not the best way to use all the player potential on the game.



PD: The best spanish center is all time, bought and after 1 second being bought its againt on the transfer list. Does the BB see this as a normal thing? Its a shame every manager trys to speculate with this player and every single manager lose money with transfer, even if the new manager its from a Div 1 country he does the same mistake, what a shame.

We will see. I think of other tactic, but because of set of skills our players actually have, push the ball is usually best choice at the moment almost for all games, because it uses secondaries better than other tactics and it's not so sensitive for lack of primaries. As soon as our primaries rise to adequate level, we can think of other tactics more often.

Yes, it's true, one player is not enough. But at the moment I'm happy we have Hana, few seasons ago we didn't have anyone. Maybe in few season we can have 3 or 4 similar players. I think if you have good community and not high risk of bad game shape than 5 PG/SG, 3 SF and 5 PF/C (each of them able to play as a starter) with some little bit worse backups can be enough.
Both of them (player 1, player 2) are very "ugly" in my eyes, 27 and 28 sum of outside skills it's far away from our players. It's totally unacceptable for me even if they have tripple 20 IS, ID, REB. Last week we played away match in Greece without Hana and it was very close game (came to overtime). As I said before our NT is improving step by step, there is no need tu hurry. I know it will take many seasons before we reach the top NT's.

I understand your strategy...but I have to warn you that the main risk for your Nt,pursuing this way,is to not ever have all together enough players with nearly the same primaries and better secondary skills than other NT's players to compete against them
P.S. It's a shame that L.H. didn't shift some of his handling and driving levels to inside skills or JR/OD

No warning needed. There are many difficulties on the way and finally I can end without success. But there is for me only way I'm ready to use and there is no chance to talk ouf of it ;-)

I think that while is NT at different situation than clubs (wel it isnt about ballancing wage and effectivity), the rules for NT players have to be different as well.

Well, you get for such players better merchandise which kind of compensate its specific needs, but that also means more NT players you have, more money you get. But Im sure that fans doesnt have so deep pockets, so they want to pay twice more just because you have two players like this.

Thats the explanation, but the reason for the following suggestion is even different. In order to keep things fair for these teams which have no such luck (ability or will) to grow NT players, doesnt make any sense to give the advantage (financial bonus) to more than 1 player like that into the team.

That means if only 1 guy would have bonus like that, you can come up with the solution which will mean that you dont have to pay for NT player almost anything, as long as he is in the national team.

You come up with the solution that you can't have NT players on your team,which is a bad idea

Thats not the reason for the idea, it could be fixed anyhow else. I would like to see the advantage for my team, but I know as well that there will be always someone smarther than me to get from that advantage more.
