Doubt if windies would be pulling 90k in merchandise. My understanding is that the national team players from other countries do not generate the same level of 'interest' as what an a national player would from the australian team. Doubt if his 4 foreign internationals would get as much fan interest as one aussie national player would.

ah true, they arent aussie, but isnt there a 'collective' factor?

That is - one NT member =$5k
2 NT member = 15k
3NT member = $40k?

Not those exact numbers obviously, but im sure ive read somewhere that essentially its an exponentially increasing progression, the more NT members you have?

maybe my $40k was a bit ambitious - perhaps Mr Windies himself can enlighten us with his mechandise average?

Not sure about you guys, but when I'm on a winning streak I net about 80k and I don't have any U21 or NT players (although some of my players are ex U21 and ex NT).

National players merchandise is base off the player's salary. I think it's around 20-25% of the player salary for domestic national players. But if he's drafted by your team then it can go up to like 25-30%. As for U21, I don't know the numbers but I would say roughly the same. Also take note, you only gain a national merchandise boost if the player actually played some minutes in the national game. 1 minute or 48 minutes is the same amount of merchandise.

For foreigners I don't know but definitely the salary percentage is less than domestic players.

I average about $40k a week total in merchandise revenue. I've got one player who I had on my team since I started that would contribute, and three others that I drafted but only play in scrimmages (so wouldn't contribute much at all).

I'd be interested in seeing the average of everyone else to see where I'm sitting in relation. Don't think I'll be very high up the list haha...

My average is around 45K. Of course that fluctuates a bit along with my record...

I have one draft pick that starts and a couple of aussies that play backup. Also a couple of scrimmage fodder draft picks as well.

I imagine Corio gets a fair bit with his all aussie roster.

Yes I imagine that Avalon Jets would be getting a fair bit of merchandise with him having an all Australian Roster and also because he drafted many of the players himself.

Question might be whether Hadders would be receiving more than Avalon Jets.

Avalon Jets currently does not have any players on National teams where as Hadders has Royce Radcliffe in the under 21s team.

My merchandise has actually doubled of recent

between 6 and 8 weeks ago my merchandise was around the 28 to 29K mark

The last couple of weeks my Merchandise has been around the 56.5K mark

True I have brought some Aussie players of recent but I think with my team the improvement has just as much to do with the fact that my team is performing better than what it was 2 months ago.

Ryder is a chance next season for the u21s as is Williams who is also eligible the season after.

Be nice if my merchandise was to continue to increase

Merchandise: $ 56 622
Typical Weekly Net Income: $ 30 516

i have no idea how you achieve $80k with no U21/National team members. Did you mean just Merchandise? Or is that total revenue? cause if its just merchandise, then ive got serious issues with this game and its calculations. ha!

This is a very interesting discussion, Sid's merch fluctuating that much is also very interesting.

My merch is the same as Sids, except without the large fluctuation. My merch difference from 8 weeks ago is $10k more. That would make sense for me, as ive had Lawrie start playing U21 games and his salary has gone up during the new season (according to Whitebeards post, merch is a calculation of salary) - I drafted Lawrie, so if used 25% of Lawries $25k salary, thats about $5.25k of merch.
Add in my other draftee Phil and thats probably the $10k difference from October.

Comparisons:
CL = $53k
2 x Old aussie's who were draftee's
2 x young aussies who were draftee's, one whom is U21. Both receiving training
1 x other young aussie but not really receiving full on training.

HA = $56
4 x old aussies
4 x young aussies, all of whom are receiving training
1 x Non-aussie NT member whom is playing games.

Team Akuma - $80k?!?!?!?!
3 x older developer Aussies
3 x Aussie scrubs
No other NT or U21 team member.
Not sure who u are training though

Tantrums - $45k
1 x older aussie draftee
1 x older aussie non-draftee
1 x young aussie trainee getting training I assume :)
2 x aussie scrubs
no NT or U21

Of course there are other things like, W/L record, PR-manager, other players that are traded/sold etc. But im wondering by looking at the above, if there is someething in the calculation that takes into account whether or not your draftee's are playing minutes in league games AND being trained?
I once sold a guy who id drafted, had for about 7 seasons, but i hadn't trained him in ages, and merch dropped by about $5k, but only took maybe two economy updates to come back.

Im sure you will all have a laugh at this.

After a couple of years playing buzzerbeater i decided to become a supporter and forked out the money.

I then decided to look for a logo and went into google images looking for a 'sid viscious' picture.

I copied and pasted a few cartoon carictures of 'sid' into a word document and next thing i know my laptop was taken over by a virus posing as an antivirus.

Couldnt open anything unless i gave my credit card details.

Bugger, lucky I have my galaxy S3 and my daughters laptop
