I believe I did my due dilligence and allowed everyone to speak their mind. I appreciate those who used that opportunity. Lineup is set, boys are ready to go. Best of luck to them. Unfortunately I wont be able to attend the game but hoping to have a nice result once I get back home. plan minimum of making it into Worlds is achieved. Lets go for a major prize and actually win this season.

Thanks man, appreciate it. And its in foreign arenas!

FYI, coming into the last game we had 15+ enthusiasm (all TIEs or PO-normal until then) and all guys but Guevin in the lineup at proficient GS. Also, we got one GDP perfectly. Basically what I am trying to say that this is our ceiling. We will not be stronger than in this game for a loooooooong time. Our golden generation might still go for one season and maybe make some noise in the worlds (of course with realistic expectations, we arent beating half of the European teams, China, and US, Chile, possibly Brazil are also stronger than us under normal circumstances. After that there is a burned ground. Thats what I failed at this season. I wasnt able to put together a plan for development of our prospects. Just didnt have enough time. I will truly do my best to get that kickstarted this season, and then hope that whoever follows in my footsteps will keep it going.

Another thing I failed at was getting community involved. There was virtually no activity on the forums, let alone on the offsite (even Naismith had least amount of posts in couple of season). Any ideas how to get people involved, or is this game dying in Canada? What would you guys like to see?

Overall I would rate first half of the term as C+ (F for future development, D for getting people involved (cant say I didnt try, thats why not an F), and A+ for results (I think what we accomplished with the quality of our rivals, circumstances and what we have available is spectacular. Only great team that we didnt manage to beat was Chile)

Congrats. Not much you could do with the community and training, to be honest.

Hopefully Green Machine has career extension specialty for Stav. Griffin and others have it for certain.

COmmunity I agree. Its not up to me. I disagree on trianing though. Constant communication with owners of our prospects is required and guidance. Also, it would be nice to have diverse players that can be used as needed. It doesnt look bad with bigs, but SF and guards are weak

Thanks everyone.

I will reply to all BB-mails and start scouting tommorow. Just no time during weekdays.
I will also try to revisit the list of people that were willing to help training last season (any new volunteers also welcome) and see if this can be introduced. Even if I wont find time to use training simulator and establish a to the point plan, it will be good to give managers overall idea of how good players should be built both for NT and their own teams and connect them with a knowledgeable person who can help and oversee the whole process. Also, I think that would allow us to get quicker info about possible sales and maybe find a buyer to make sure that all major talents go into good hands

Scouting was done this friday/satruday. I havent written down age of some players though so will complete that this week. List will be put up on the off-site either today evening or tommorow. I am hoping for sparky to do the same. I will bold the players that I think have most potential among those under age of 23 and those will be monitored from now on. Of course everybody can tell which additional players should be added to that list and which ones should be removed. Every input will be taken into consideration.

We start with the scrimmage against USA today. Same enthusiasm as they have so conditions arent the same as in the final, but it should be close enough to deide whether the tactic I am going to try should be taken into consideration. Hoping both teams play with best roster
