OK, well time for an update. After one season my 7'5" (yes they do exist) big guy has progressed pretty well.

Weekly salary: $ 6 233

DMI: 68900
Age: 18
Height: 7'5" / 226 cm
Potential: star

Jump Shot: atrocious Jump Range: respectable
Outside Def.: pitiful Handling: atrocious

Inside Shot: strong Inside Def.: proficient
Rebounding: prominent Shot Blocking: strong
Stamina: inept ↑ Free Throw: average

Experience: atrocious

And to my surprise I managed to bink a pretty nice prospect in the draft. Any thoughts on either of these guys and whether I should sell or train Saavedra?

I wouldn't bother with IS at this point (or probably ever) mainly because its very low and you will have to train it for ages to get it to a decent level. This will also take training time away from JS and OD which need the most work.

better simply don't train it, but use the Driving and Jump Shot training to get some IS pops. 1 or 2 should be enough, and you'll get them simply because Driving will raise them too.

As much single position training as you can.
