So it's ok to sell if you only list them for once? If they don't get sold for the one time you list them, or when less than two managers bid, you can't sell them? Only your total dumb luck was justifiable but not other people? Since you're speaking of market, what's a market? Andy is selling a phone, Brian is willing and able to buy that, they make a deal for whatever the price they both agree. That's my definition of a market. Why does it matter whether you have one buyer, or five? The only difference is that when more than one person wants the same product, they have a bidding battle. When one person, he bids and he gets the product. It doesn't change anything.
And why did mangers bid on players for whatever prices listed? Because they thought their decisions were good of them. In your opinion, you think they are not worth the money, but apparently the managers who acquired them thought otherwise. Are they all stupid and only you're the wise guy? I don't think so.
