to fix the problem of the ridiculous prices players on the transfer list, we need to educate a lot more managers on how to train properly and create better players. Overtime there will be more managers selling better players on the market and with more good players on the market the players will not be as highly priced as there will be more to pick from.
the only problem we face is how to educate so many managers on how to train good young players correctly and we will not feel the effects for at least 4 or 5 seasons until good players start turning over.
I think it's not only a manager problem but also a training system problem. You can't indivdualise training. So you can maximize only 1 player to reach the better potentiel even if you train 2 players with the same position because they won't up at the same time.
That's also why you don't see that many good AS in TL because you have to train outside and inside skill but how to do so if you have another SG or PG in your youth squad ?
Training System is too limited i thinnk it would be good to have more flexibility maybe allowing 2 players (not moreotherwise you can too easily train your all squad) to follow different program this way you don't have unfinished trainee
