Yeah there really are no pushovers in the last 16. Although as you say there were no big surprises I was happy to predict 2 correct matches that went to overtime!! So with that it was 14/15 results on the money!!

Forecasting the final 8 will be fun - I can't imagine anyone getting the full 8 correct. When the draw is up perhaps a few others would like to make their predictions!

Well, now the draw has already happened..
Now it's the time of neutral arena matches. And still the favourites are going to meat in the further rounds.
I'll post my predictions on Tuesday, as the injuries and transfers can still happen.

oooHoo!

You think it's 14-1? Thanks!I think 32-1,maybe.
My team is the lowest world ranked team in the final 16.
But I don't think it's right.I've nothing to say about the world rank system.

Good luck everyone!

Go go,Asian power!

Your rank doesnt have anyone fooled!!!We got lucky this week that our game times mean we just have 1 enthusiasm update between our league and BB3 match. There is a healthy amount of teams from the West still left and despite neutral court we will still need luck! But I agree go go, Asian power!!

The ranking system considers your results of previous seasons, and doesn't consider your latest transfers :)

Most likely (I don't know for certain) the world/country ranks are an ELO-based system. In which case if you're forever playing "low ranked" teams in the meat of your schedule (your league games), you're at a natural disadvantage to a team who gets to play a higher average rating for their league games. So, USA teams "prop each other up" because they have higher world rankings in general, so a loss doesn't cost as much rating and wins net more rating. Teams from less prestigious countries play games against generally very low rated teams, so they get little-to-nothing for league wins and suffer cataclysmic rating losses if they drop a league game.

Got it.

I'll take the two champions of Korea.
