It might be nice if you had to click more than one button to make a bid, as you do to put a player on sale. This would hamper last-second bidding, but at least no one could credibly complain of accidental bidding. Bidding while drunk I can't really think of as accidental. ;)

Yeah, they could add an "Are you sure?" button :P It could apply just to the first bid you make on a given player. If you're in a bidding contest it may become annoying to have to click twice every time

Well on players you cant bid more than 10x the current bid so maybe just add that same feature to staff.

Its easier when your in the top division and your wages aren't massive :) No offense but in Australia your team would probably be a mid table div 2 team.

Yeah I know I have it easy in NZ. I do wish I was in a bigger country with 5 divs so I could work my way to the top, it's only my 4th season and I'm doing pretty well in div1 already!

Coach of the U21 team as well :P

I'm not that close to playing BBB, a couple of teams are still way ahead of me. My place on the ladder right now is a bit higher than I should be as 3rd and 4th have played the harder teams on the other side of the draw.

I nearly made a similar mistake with one "0" too many. Lucky for me I didn't have that much money! :) If I had of made that mistake I would have cried like a girl...then sucked it up like a man and got on with the job.
