And what is it?

I do not know. I guess noone ever wanted to find out. One of the BB-s stated that in the forums a while ago, I have it written in my supersmart BB notes. It's prolly not too easy to pinpoint it in the forums any more.

Just so you know, I was in serious debts last season, I sold one of the best players in my league, probably a top 10 player (Fritelli). I've worked so hard on Parker, I'm not going to lose him.

Here's Parker's best skills:

Inside Shot: tremendous Inside Def.: sensational
Rebounding: tremendous Shot Blocking: proficient

I understand how you feel because I'm in this situation, too. I'm training big men and my star Mytkowski is already at 91k and probably pushing 100k, but I've stopped training inside skills, so his salary won't increase as much. At this time, I'm training his outside skills to make him at least a beast at the power forward position against other PFs who lack outside defense. This also lets you train guards since you're already training outside skills for your star player to help you round out and balance your roster.

Well I checked your Transfer History and no good guards were shown there.

I think it is possible to have success using the one superstar method, just that it is maybe more difficult and that one superstar had better be pretty super.

Once I scored a basket that still makes me laugh.

Don't bother giving him advice. From his messages last season he was $800K in debt and bitching about selling Fritelli or Parker. However, the source of his problem was the fact that he was paying in excess of $250K per week for his 3 level six staff members. He could instead hire an advanced staff in each discipline and pay less than $50K per week and keep Parker. Until he learns to manage and forecast his finances better, he should stay away from buying a superior/exceptional or world-class trainer. Personally, I haven't seen much need for an expensive doctor and only use a competent doctor with massage skills for $8K and a basic PR manager as my stadium is still small. In the past I've tried hiring a more advanced PR manager but have noticed that winning is the best way to improve attendance so I reverted back to a basic one. As for trainers, advanced is fine when you're low on funds.

the system in place works fine no need to change it at all.
