The main question is :

Why there are managers willing to not compete and just form 1 player for the NT ?
Are those managers real or juste fake accounts used to help NT teams ?

I'm a little bit suspicious because how managers can find fun by basically not playing this game ?

I'll answer that one for you.

if a person is around for many seasons, let's say the end of season 2, and has been in the top league for let's say at least 10 seasons, doing the same thing over and over, he might get tired of doing the same thing over and over. Maybe he even won the cup, and the national championship already as well, mabye he has no real goals left, and not enough motivation to keep doing the same over and over.

What then, would be a nice new challenge? Right, trying to create a monster.

I think it's a good thing that the game holds more challenges then just trying to become your country's No 1, or even the world's No1.

Let each decide his own challenges and goals, as long as they are within the rules.

Farmteams that are second accounts do indeed exist, but it's not too hard to detect them, and such teams have already been closed, not just the secondary farms, but also the main teams of such cheaters. So for those tempted to do so, go ahead and try your luck, but some day you'll be without ANY team left.
I don't think we should take actions, that will punish managers who actively have chosen the challenge to create a very good player, to prevent cheaters from trying to run more accounts to have farmteams. If we would do this, we should get rid of the TL as well.

There might exist a couple of teams that got tired of the game and decided to become a farm, but there are teams from the III and IV divisions that haven't done anything in the game and just have one good player.

right.

but I don't think it is impossible for teams in the lower division, to not opt to go for victories and climb the ladder of leagues, but to opt to create a NT player.

we have to be realistic. To climb the ladder, and go for victories, it takes a lot more time, then to create a Nt player.

if you want to go for victories, you have to study your league, decide which players you need to get a shot at the title, study your opponent and his tactics each week, decide which players to put where on the field in which game, and so on.

to train a player into a Nt player you only need to look out for 1 thing: does the player play his 48 minutes, and is my training the right type this week. It's a lot easier, and I think players can enjoy lpaying this way, while they can not put the effort of trying to climb their way to the top.
Mind yu, if they succeed to get their player in the NT, this measn a victory for them, which is probably equally rewarding as becomming champ to others.

Ismael Grubbs > Dirk Trujillo

Dirk never missed a gimme layup at the buzzer in a Worlds semifinal to lose the game for the USA.
