I'm just saying there should be a higher chance for an older draftee to be regarded as a U21 team potential. And now it's so small, microscopic.

Or, alternatively, should we simply make it such that the scale and range of salaries, of 19 year olds, is higher in general? ie: Current number of 19 yearolds with salary above $5k in the draft is 4... Lets make it, 8.

Just for clarification purposes, are you saying there is a constant number of player above a certain salary, for each age, in each draft?

Of course all generated draft lists follow the same rules, so I was under the assumption that such a number would indeed exist, but as an average, not a constant.

To clarify my statement - i was only guessing that it was a constant. Could be 4, could 6, could be an average etc etc......don't take what i said as gospel!
