I already see many instances where players got pops in a tertiary primary. Are you sure the 10% (on average) that goes into tertiary skills isn't completely random? I find it hard to believe that this many players have the necessary 14.99 type of sub levels to pop with such small training.

Me too.. Cross training doesn't look that random. It seems at it is picking the skills with the higher sublevels.

I don't think so. I have trained stamina and I have players that I know have very high sublevels. I got no pop other than stamina.

How many people there are on BB? How many pops there were? Many people didn't had any pops at all. Of course the level popped if there was a high sublevel and it was reported.
