Yeah, quite a few human controlled teams which makes it so much more challenging and entertaining. As for the strength of some of the other teams, I agree especially with some recent purchases from some teams. I've started well but know all to well there is 4-6 squads currently with more skilled players(higher wages) than my own team so getting promoted is more or less a non issue for which is fine by me. Won't be buying anyone else this season or likely next. To much training, building and saving to do.

JimmerRange717 sure are a wildcard. They gave you & J-Doggaz free wins & mega % boosts then bought up probably the best team in the league in time 2 play me. No surprise I couldn't beat that team. That could hurt me a lot later if I end up lower on the ladder than I should & maybe be the biggest reason I am stuck in d4 next season.

Agreed, Jimmer likely have the best squad now or close to it and will be a threat for the title. Not looking to win/promote myself though the whole finals series should be entertaining, especially with so many human players(I think we have around 8 active teams which is pretty rare I'm told) in our league. How goes your training Dengg and has anyone found anything decent on the draft yet? I have found mostly crap so far, only a 5 star ability, 3 star potential for my best so far.

Training is great, Preston has made the Welsh national team at age 19! WOW! A long way behind your training but doing my best. I agree Jimmer is strong but J-doggaz put him in the pound, but Im going to fight whoever anyway. Not sure about this draft, need to read a bit more so I dont waste my money.

I think the finals series could be a shocker, I've noticed that most players neglect or have no idea about game shape. It's the single most important stat come game time I've noticed and if the big guns in the league aren't careful, they may get some nasty surprises. Hoping to get my enthusiasm to about 12+ come finals time which will make a big difference too. Grats on Preston mate and he's a welshman(My country of birth)! I would love to look into training a welsh bloke or two after my initial trainee's.

Thanks. Funny thing is he isn't my best trainee, I guess they see something in him. I will sell him to you if the offer is right. :P I hope the finals is an upset & 1 of us can win, don't want both of us to be here next season.

Well there is a good chance 2 sides will promote, though it usually involves going through the season undefeated till finals but division IV is apparently a little more leniant. My old man said a side got promoted with him from div IV and lost 2 regular season games as well as losing the final to my dad so you still can promote. Not sure but I think you have to be in a seperate conference from the champion as well to qualify. As for you're welshman, well I'm not after any trainee's atm, to many as it is, plus I'm a tight arse with my money and not looking to spend anymore for the rest of the season lol.

Good luck dengg, wouldn't take much to be honest. A couple of 10-15k salary players would likely be enough(might need a quality guard but I know you're training them and it might mess up you're plans) to take the championship. Hoping my side has improved enough to have a decent go as well, though I doubt it lol.

I have bid on a lot of guys but not gotten 1 yet. There was a great big man yesterday but I just missed out, had the 2nd highest bid I think. Bid on 2 guys already today as well. I'm trying. I could have got a $200,000 a week guy, that would be funny.

lol yeah the high wage players can be bought really cheap at times but the financial cost can cripple some clubs, especially if a div IV signed one.... Still imagine the mess he would make of the players in this division. As for signing players, it can be ardous at times, especially if your looking for a good price. My dad and I have found that usually our evenings is the best time to buy and we usually coincide any sales to finish around saturday/sunday american time. Those yanks can pay overinflated prices at times lol!
