Nothing against smallfrie, in fact, I'm pretty sure I voted for him in Season 18, but with the results Magiker has produced over the last couple years, I don't feel I can vote for anyone else.

It doesn't discourage me. I ran in case Magiker didn't. After what magiker did I am even voting for him.

I do want to say though, we need more questions in here! Lets get everyone else who didnt follow the U21 much up to date. Or maybe even get new users involved in the U21. Having a debate doesnt hurt anything. In fact, I want to know what some of the other managers (not magiker) has to say about the team.

1) Obviously it's tough to improve on the championship season we had. How do you plan on formulating a new team this season, including strategies for number of callups, tactical choices, etc?

2) One area that can always use improvement is contact with managers, and team visibility with the onsite crowd in general. What are your plans for this?

1. This season, salary-wise, we have 6 of the top 7 bigs and 4 of the top 5 PG's in America's. Here comes some more LI. Good luck to everyone else. I think probably ~9 guys to start, with 4 guards, 1 SF, and 4 bigs. We'll run with these guys for the first 6 games, and then call up players as necessary for the second round.

2. Yeah, smallfrie actually started a thread about this, and it looks as if we're generating some good ideas. The problem is actually taking the initiative to implement these. Definitely have to be more organized with this stuff, especially in the first 6 weeks when there's not much scouting to be done. One thing I think I could keep up with is naming an MVP for each week. This could give the manager that trained the U21 player some recognition as well as increase the "team visibility" in general.

Another question; how would you (nominees) try to improve the team even more, and to keep playing at a extremely high level?
Another; How would you evaluate the new U21 players skills? How would you decide who to start....and how as the person above said (sorry ace) would you define and control the tactics so that no other team can guess your tactics......resulting (hopefully not) in a loss?

1. Scouts. That's easily the best way to do it. It's important to be updated on the training plans of the best players as soon and as often as possible. The better and more effective scouts are, the better the team will be. We can keep improving world's teams by contacting the managers of the current 20 year olds. We can then hopefully tailor the training plans of key players to create a better offense.

2. What do you mean by how I would evaluate new U21 players skills? Starting decisions are based on match-up and game shape. I'm pretty sure the other team could guess the tactics last season. We played LI/M2M every game. Pretty sure Poland new what was coming in the final. We were able to switch around who we played at SF as well as at the guard spots to hopefully keep people guessing there. If we can play an offense really well, as we did last season, then I think that's better than being able to play two offenses less effectively.

Just great, does this mean your making a team full of PGs again!?!? :P
Im voting for Chanze...

Has there any been a more one side election in the USA? Usually there's a lively debate but now we've all given up because of magiker's awesomeness.I don't know how I feel about that.

Check the Suggestions they are important
