I do have lots to do but one of the things I wanted to do was help Ghana. I can handle being beaten, having been an international standard athlete myself I have had lots of wins and losses but it does burn a bit to be beaten by someone who does nothing.

* No activity on the forums. -> there's no active user here, if you notice
It is like the chicken and the egg. But the old saying is build it and they will come. If you post nothing there is nothing for them to respond to.

* No evidence of any advice or help for local managers. -> how can you check this?
Drop into the South African forums for example and see how with a similar player base they are helping the local managers and getting them involved.

* No evidence of any players being saved even though they are now allowed to advertise them in the forums. -> this draft was a very shit, what can i save?
There is always someone to save, in micronations we can't only be saving $6,000 salary 18 year old superstars because there may not be any. You still need to save the best imaginable. Four seasons in India my 4th best player had starter potential.

* A string of four losses in a row. --> LOOOOOL. the only we CAN win was with the nigeria. the others team are too strong for us.
Because you do nothing to develop the team and the managers and the players. This is as a result of your mismanagement.

* The manager is too lazy to even organise a scrimmage, not one in the last season. -> my fault, no connection in holyday, but is this the most important thing?
Finally one truth admitted. Thank you, you earned more respect from me here than from everything else you have done.

* The manager is too lazy to post a press release, not one ever. -> read the first point
Read my response to the first point. Users in micronations don't have much to get excited about, helping their U21 team can be something.

* Ghana continues to drop in the ratings and now is sadly rated in the bottom 10 nations in the world. -> we almost reached the semifinal last season with few players. I wrote a post with the number of pops and some statistics, did you read it? A NT CAN'T BE BUILD IN A SEASON, it's not the first time I tell you this.
Semifinals not even reached even though you play several other of the worst teams in the world is not impressive. You cannot build a great team in one season, you need some luck but you also make your own luck. Last season the Indian U21 team had 9 from 12 players being guys I had saved from free agency.

Please do Ghana a favour and after this season and go away. If you don't want to do anything why did you even run in the election?

Do nothing is not equal to "yodabig doesn't see what i do". You don't know what I do in background.

I repeat, read the other topic, you will see what we did last season. The next season Ghana will win more match because there will be the players I GROW. I start with 2 players over 2k salary, next season we'll see how many me or you or someone else will have.

Still rosik somewhere else please

If it looks like a lemon, if it smells like a lemon if it tastes like a lemon, you can't be certain but there is a fair chance it is a lemon.

There is no evidence at all of you doing anything but you claim you are doing a lot. I can claim I am King Kong. Without any evidence is there any reason anyone would believe me?

I read the other topic. You claimed to have a lot of pops. How many players? Which? What time period? So vague it was meaningless.

Anyway I feel like perhaps I am pushing too hard here against this inert stone which is you and your cronies who seem to have decided for your own reasons to sabotage Ghana through your total lack of effort. It is a pity, one of my friends works occasionally in Ghana and I used to know a guy from Ghana so I do have an interest in the country. However you have not only wrecked their season 20 and 21 but damaged their prospects for many seasons to come. I guess it is time for me to leave and let this forum return into the deserted graveyard you have turned it into.

I still wish I knew why you guys decided to sabotage Ghana?

Dear yodabig,
I'm glad to know that you are interested in Ghana NT and community, we would need managers like you, but your messages are only full of pointless criticism and lack of respect for our work and our will to help this NT to reach better results.
We have too few managers to think we can build a competitive NT quickly, the main thing we need are new managers and new players to build up a new Ghana asap. I read that you have some Ghanaians friends.

Why don't you help us with this intitiative?
http://www.buzzerbeater.com/community/forum/read.aspx?thread=226481&m=1

If you are seriously interested in Ghana's future I am sure you will help, but reading your posts make me think that you are here only to destroy our staff's image, because you wanted to be in charge here but you lost last elections.

I hope I am wrong.
Have a nice game,
Temhbin

Now that is a fantastic initiative one that will really do something to change BB Ghana. When I was running the India U21 team we had one guy whose entire role was publicity and he was recruiting up to 50 teams a season mainly through Facebook. Speaking personally I don't have Facebook so I don't think I can help there and I did already ask my friend from the lifesaving club but he isn't into basketball.

Don't know how I can actually help with this but what I will say again is that this is a brilliant initiative and I am very, very pleased that you have done this.

PS: I didn't lose the election I saw the writing on the wall that it would probably be a 0 vote election and so instead went for Bolivia, but obviously I was a bit upset that I was defeated by someone that I percieved to be doing nothing. If that is no longer the case then I say fantastic and your team will have my full endorsement (not that it is worth anything at all) for another term.

PPS: I think this is a lot more constructive than all of the previous discussions we have had.

I really don't understand, you always critic my work but you never propose something to let ghana grow.

Anyway, this is an example of what we do and you don't see (temhbin worte on August, 23th).

First I thought we were just about to move on. I praised that initiative. I thought we were ready to make peace and cooperate but you come out and attack me again and spread lies. If you look at my previous posts I have had many, many suggestions as to what you could be doing so sadly that is a lie. Next the date on that post is today not August 23rd so that is another lie.

Disappointing.

WHAT? ok, you can't use facebook. The post is dated August, 23th, if you can't read a date is not my fault.

What i read in your post is: you lose matches, you don't save players, you don't write, you do nothing.. now tell me, are these suggestion? imho no. imho they are pointless critic, nothing else.

I'm ready to make peace, but you?

Hi everyone,
I'm here to show you our way to break into Ghanaians's heart, and let this game spread among younger and less young Ghanaians in order to take this NT to an higher level, the level we all expect this nation has to reach.
We started inviting young Ghananians basketball players through Facebook, writing our message in groups like this (basketball related):

https://www.facebook.com/ghanabasketball

We need your help too!
Let this message spread through all Ghanaians communities you know, the most important things this NT needs are managers and players.
Our initiative could give new life to Ghana's BB community and his NT, our staff has seen, would want to see and WILL see this nation win all the most important competitions, and you will have a leading role in this, if you help us.

C'mon guys,
spread THE message, let's build Ghana togheter!!

This was the post that the link led to. Show me where it says this was August 23rd?

If your coach says don't rush your shot, don't have your elbows sticking out, you are taking your eye off the ball, you haven't been practicing free throws enough these are all indeed suggestions not pointless criticisms.
