you need player with train to succes so think at have good team first before you can serach for victory.for me & if i ll be the next manager i play the rest of my match this season with take it easy because his enthousiasm is not good
for have next season best performence good luck for today but think to have good team first

Ok, i tried to do that... but i failed.

It was not a problem of tactics or form or injuries... it is a question of players skills.

But i will not repete now the same problems i told many times.

Now i look for the Nigeria match and the next season.

Do you know exactly what was the best tactic to beat a much more strong team than our?

With what kind of data you define "easy" the match with Tounes?

Do you know what was the form of our players before the match? expecially the form of our Center?

Did you gave us your national team player with a good form before every match?


Please answer to all these question with real numbers and i will accept your idea. If you don't have REAL themes to confirm your opinion, please....just continue to work harder to grow up better players for the future.

Until that moment, i tell that i did all the best i can do with a weak team, and just for really few scores (5) we haven't pass the Pool A.


Im here, everiday, to dedicate my time to this team, as i promised to all you before the elections. I don't abandon the team as your past coaches... and i will continue to work hard for this national team, in losses and in wins

Nothing will come "easily" and quickly. This game is about patience.
A "normal" manager can buy better players on the TL if he needs some skills in a special field of the game. A national coach can only bring the best possible from a given roster. This generation is not that "rich" in skills and potential. Patience and work on the next generations is the only way to get a competitive NT in the next seasons.
Don't worry coach. Things will get better. I think you're doing it the right way.
And to all Morrocan managers, be patient and comprehensive. Let's get back to work guys ! :°)

And if you add that this player's generation is over 30 and every week have a downgrade of their skills... in 2 seasons we will lose all national players

in the meanwhile, the under 19 players growth project it is started and some (4/5) young decente players are under training. and soon we will have a new draft with new potential future players. But the results of this wor will arrive in a far future.

At least the next under 20 national teams will have better players

I dont believe we will lose all national players. We will probably have a scrappy NT in the worst case.
I just hope the drafting and training program will be efficient. It is a long term program and managers can just give up in some cases. I really hope that there will be many Morrocan managers involved in the draft and training programs.
