I feel like I read it in the rules, or on the staff page, or something like that before, but it could of course have been a BB conference post..., it would be interesting to find the source...

Can anyone find that section in the rules? (I guess I'm blind)
I do not think it is possible, because it would have been illogical. Ybarra appeared as trainer only ones, and he had level 10. (He is mine too). He has now dropped till level 9. So he has been level ten for exact the same numbers of days for all of us, there cannot have been any sub-level for some and not for others, see?

I think tyou missunderstood me.

As an example let say that trainer A is a level 10 trainer offered on week 1 for $20 000, and that trainer B is offered 5 weeks later as a level 10 for $22 000. When picking those they will both have been within the same sub level of 10, e.g. 10.9. Then as soon as you pick them they start drecreasing week by week.

Let's say that they decrease with 0.1 per week. In that case trainer A would have decreased for steps at the time when trainer B is offered, i.e. even though both trainers are displayed as level 10, A is actually 10.5 and B 10.9, thus at that time B is better (even though slightly more expensive) than A.

I am not saying that this is the way it is, just that there is a possibility.

That leads to the question; is there any difference between the levels of trainers? For example, would Ybarra who just dropped be a high level 9 trainer as opposed to some other level 9 trainer who's been level 9 the whole time or is level 9 just level 9 for all of them.
If Ybarra just dropped, then he must be a 'high' 9-er, right - and Cristobal Key has been a 9-er for more than one season. Something tells you that if you stay with Ybarra, you will have a level nine trainer for almost 2 seasons. That will again show them that talk about no sub-levels here, are mistaken, right?
Stay with Ybarra!
Cristobal Key have brought VIF high up on the ranking and given us many good matches. He is a good 9'er!

Older than the rest ...

There are no sublevels on staff. Period.
Those kind of strong statements really require some kind of back up, like a good motivation or referens to mean something. Do you have this?

Ok, if you do not want people to ask for your source then you might consider not being so harsh in your statements. When you say "There are no sublevels on staff. Period." it sounds like you are really certain and then you should of course remember the source, otherwise how can you be so certain that you remember/interpreted it correctly?

I'm beginning to think you will only believe something if you see the entire BB code.

How can I be sure that the BB code you show me is the one actually in use?
Nope, that's not enough for me... I am still not convinced :P
