I still can't understand what is problem there. What will happen if I plan training time, what problem it can cause?

Take minute-managing as a challenge.
By the way what would happen if you set 36 mins for your starter and 12 mins for his substitution and your starter gets injured after 5 mins? What would happen if he will be fouled out? What would happen if he is getting tired because of his lvl 2 stamina?

if he will be injured or fouled out backup should get his position for all game, but about stamina, it should be decided by managers. I have kinda same skilled players for 1 position and I want them all to get equal time for example I want to play Full Court Press, or I want to create team like SAS. What should I do?

You should put one player as a starter and the other player as a backup and reserve on Saturday and set the total opposition of the lineup on Tuesday and giving 48 minutes for your third player on Thursday. Or if you have only two players for one position just make one of them as a starter and reserve on Saturday and Tuesday, having the other one as a backup on those two days and setting the second player as a starter and backup and the first guy as reserve on Thursday.

What I tried to point out is that there can't be an exact minute management because of fouls, injuries, stamina, even game engine (letting the subs play at huge advantage) etc. I can imagine only one reason to ask this and that is training 3 players, giving exactly 48 minutes t each of them. I can handle the situation that you described with two kinda same player in the same position. I have kinda same players on two positions, SG and PF. Guess what: My SGs played 64 and 80 minutes, but only because I didn't nominate my usual starter SG on cup game (otherwise it would be around 72-72 if I set him as reserve) and my PFs played 70 and 74 minutes. It's that easy.

I understand that you want something but you only count your very own team and not the whole game. I want more money, zero daytrading, faster training and shorter offseason but I accept that -although it would be better for me personally - it's not good for the game. What you ask now is a totally new game engine.

. I still can't get what is problem of minute option for each player? is it codding?

Exact minute option probleme is this is not what the BB want. Training and GS management is planned to be a little difficult to do. If you can decide exactly, this will be no more a difficulty.

I agree with your thoughts here. Exact minute distribution is not realistic, but we do need usable options that allow your starting five the ability to start two league games without racking up 80 minutes or more in a week. I think it would be silly to go through an entire season and your best guys can only start half the games.

My apologies. I was referring to the PL substitution code we tried last season. It was difficult even when I ran a solid 9 man rotation.

Not if one of the two has too high stamina (and respectable can be too high for slow offenses). I just in the past week have had two games where a quality backup at SF has played two and one minutes behind my starter with respectable stamina. It's sad to root for your players to foul out because if you bother to have a good backup, you'd like to see them play quality minutes.
