Thanks
Your right, it was a massive struggle throughout the whole season till playoffs. I honestly believed my team would have had a few more wins on the board. Struggled to win some matches I thought I could win a lot easier, and got dominated in some losses. Started to lose belief in my team and felt like selling up, buying some trainees next season, and starting from scratch. However, the league was tight, and hoped I could get a top 2 finish, but kept struggling. Then came the playoffs.
I thought if I could take a few risks, I might be a chance to play in the final. So I went outside against you. Never expected you to go easy, but also didn't expect to dominate like I did despite playing harder.
Took another risk against j-jacks buy playing easy, figuring that if I do win, I must keep enthuse high against Tannum. To my surprise, I jumped out to a 23 1st qrt lead. Still 23 pts up at the end of the 3rd, and I started to believe again.
Never though I'd win one match against Tannum but had nothing to lose, so more risks were needed and with not so good GS. I knew that their outside D was very good, and I struggled playing inside against them, so I prayed that they will go 2-3 again like earlier in the season. They did, and I played motion and won.
In game 2, I had to erase my weaknesses in game 1 know that they would pull back and play m2m unless, they wanted to take another risk and go 2-3 again. So this time I went 3-2 so I don't lose out in reb like I did in game 1. I felt that it wasn't enough, especially now that my GS was worse. Knowing that their outside D was awesome, I thought about playing inside over and over again however, my team did struggle against them twice before, so I risked playing outside again.
Tannums scoring was awesome, but his teams fouling was a little poor which kept my team in it. Their weren't to many fouls given near the end of the match, as it was fairly tight throughout. I think their biggest lead was 9 pts and I didn't hit the lead till late in the 4th, then Feng hit a couple of massive 3's, to help seal the win.
If I had lost game 2, there would have been no point in showing up game 3. So I got very lucky indeed.
