Not sure about that system you posted. I'm pretty sure it has nothing to do with this. The polish GM also confirmed it.

To be extact, it's forbidden to accuse someone on cheating - as long as the person isn't proved to be guilty, such statements may hurt the image of accused, if they're wrong.
While we shouldn't talk about finished investigations without the reason, in this case I believe that it was important to assure our community that we're already controlling the situation.

You are debating and describing GMs actions which is also a bannable offense, clearly listed in the rules. You should know that. I have been warned before for this (and this time also, albeit in a friendly way), the reasoning from the GM being that discussing cheating methods also incentivise cheating. It seems that maybe the rules don't apply to you.
