All understood, I'm just trying to nudge you into recalibrating your hopes for managers of NT players to act rationally.

As far as adding a 14th player, definitely weigh the gain you get from having a 12th man in good game shape versus the cost of reduced future roster flexibility.

Yes, that's my plan as well. Might even start the game with 11 players if need be

We are facing a 3 weeks injury (true not on our most important players.

On a different front, Romero, our start Center, currently ranked #1 in the world seems to have achieved his full potential (all star) and doesn't seem to respond to training anymore. FYI

That's very cool that Romero is #1 in the world, and very very interesting to hear that the top players are hitting their potential caps... Romero is a beast, but I expect that means you and I are going to see some issues with Joly and Simons very soon... as in possibly before this season ends.

I hope Joly doesn't run into that, he is not so well rounded as Romero. I hope he can still grow in certain skills, unless the "all star" means an overall average status rather than skill by skill. If that is the case, we will have to take it into consideration when planning training for certain players, might be good to have dedicated super shooters, super defenders and such, and be able to use it as need be.

Apparently France has 2 players in NT that seem to be caped.

I have read that the potential cap is very much like a "salary" cap. If that's that case, well rounded players will train longer.

I'm training Romero.
I think that the potential means an overall average status rather than skill by skill.

i'm not 100% sure, but it might be that Joly is caped as well. He didn't have any pops in about 4 weeks, not sure that is usual.

Edit: Never mind, It looks like training was not updated this week yet, for some reason

Luckily Joly did go up in passing, I'm relieved.
