Why i don't have the option to move my team to an other country?

I assume this is due to technical limitations given by the league structure.

also 2 accounts can be played from the same PC as soon as they are not make transactions between them

Two users can play from the same computer (IP address) in BuzzerBeater as long as they play by the rules. However, one person must never be in control of more than one account.
