I'm worry about new managers coming into game. I think it can be really hard to build new team now. Maybe some measures for favour of new team should be considered carefully to attract new managers.
I think of two measures:
1) new teams receive $50,000 per week for their first four weeks - maybe this amount of money could be increased. But it would bring even more money to the global economy
2) the skills of players generated for new teams are up to 7 (respectable) - maybe this could be increased and players for new teams could have skills up to 8 (strong) or 9 (proficient). It could also have positive effect on prices on TL. But this could work only for players 20 years old and older so that they will not be better than players (18 and 19 yo) generated from draft.

Depending on what is going to happen with the proyected inflation and a more precise idea about the "equilibrium" that BBs have in mind, increasing those $50K is something to have in mind. Same logic applies with promotion price.

While I think that this measure will be nice for new teams, it's pretty unfair for recently not-new teams, an entire season of training to find out the new signed lucky guy has a better team than you? Training is something *slow* and should remain that way (shortening the amount of levels to be trained is a way to make it *faster*) because, the idea is that a new teams should make his way through every division in order to get to the higher one. Probably, advancing in the quality of their players over the time by training and trading (the 2Ts of development in BB).

Projected inflation was an unfortunate combination of words.

How about the projected value of price index? Could be inflation, deflation or whatsoever.

Because, is 50k the value projected to be given to new teams in the "equilibrium"? It is a tool to consider when helping new teams, just like promotion prize is something to help recently promoted teams in a stronger division. If we consider that there is an increasing gap to make a reasonable successful performance in those scenarios, the conversation does worth.

haha

look at this team, in my league, became a bot, all his 10k+ players became free agents, and all the other players are transfer listed as "owned" by him.
in almost 7 seasons of playing BB, I never saw something like this
