Do you think I would stand any chance in the quarters if I come in to the game with something like obsessed enthusiasm?
Or would I need to bring in some new faces as well?

anything can happen, but if you can afford some solid new faces I would suggest you do that, you can always sell them after that.

You have a chance with that kind of enthusiasm but a new face or 2 would help as well. It also depends on who you will be facing in the quarters because not all teams are even.
