Just keep training the 21 year old to marvelous OD, after that, go to driving to get that+handling up. Get driving to prominent. Handling to proficient. then after that, just get DR to wondrous, handling to sensational. If you do that + do some OD training, and save JS for last, since that eats salary. Hopefully you'll have a guy like this

JS: wondrous-marvelous
JR: prolific-sensational
OD: stupendous-colossal
HA: sensational
DR: tremendous-wondrous
PA: keep it at prolific, you'll proably get 1-2 more pops in it due to cross-training

Now for the 22 yr old, he might take a while due to his 1 more year aged, but get to training OD. get it to wondrous before you do anything else. Driving+handling=sensational, prolific
then PA to sensational since he's shorter than the 21 yr old. He'll be more suited for a PG. Then back to OD, get that to prodigous. JS to marvelous. Now, he may not cap at what yall think, I'll do a caluation of training after I'm posting this. Hopefully you can get his skills like this:

JS: marvelous
JR: prolific-sensational
OD: prodigious
HA: prolific
DR: sensational-tremendous
PA: sensational-tremendous

For the 22 yr old, it'll be tough, so you may want to just make the 22 yr old the skills that best suit your team.

In my opinion. Honestly i don't think either of your players have a chance, due to the fact that they are too far behind schedule. There are already some 19-20 year old players that have the same skill sets as these two which makes it harder for these two to make it. The 22 year old only has a chance if you make him a beast SF and then maybe when he is 26ish he could get brought up to the NT but that means your other trainee would seriously get gipped from his potential.

Again I present my 20years old player after some weeks of successfull training.

[USA] Mac Forte (22091705)

hmmmmm, i don't think nts like p. allstar, they only like superstr+, not even superstar, more than likely mvp is the way to go but if he is the conrerstone mof your team keep him........and stop training JR, train JS.....JR is less important than JS man.....

Damn 25k? Thats the prob with JS/JR, those are "expensive skills"

Nonetheless nice job, how long u been training him?

If u can afford him, keep training as he will still improve, but again 25k is quite a bit...

Hi Pitti, this is your scout Big_Dogs. If you want to sell Forte, just BB-Mail and tell me what you are listing him for so I can notify member of the USA community. I would focus on his HA/DR/PA to strong, and would want OD of at least 12. He looks pretty much the same as last week. Let me know of your plans.

I bought him too late, end of the season 18-12/20/11. But earlier was not possible, because this was my first game:
12/15/2011 8:00:00 PM 49269 Platschquatsch 53 - 120 (Replay) 9715 Txelins SC

Without my tutor in Germany -many thanks- I could never be so successfull - but it is still a long way to be a BB-master.
Thats why i have too much questions and ask here in the thread.

After 3 games Forte was hurt. But then he developed fine.
His starting profile (in German lang., but you see the rate) after purchase:
Mac Forte (22091705) [USA]
Shooting Guard
1 week injured

Gehalt $ 5 618

Not likely. OD and passing too low for a guard, or SF. Inside skills too low for a pure SF.

He is a very unique player though! If I were you I would keep hitting that OD and add some passing, and then go wild on inside skills and you'd have a good looking small forward for any offense.

Won't be a national player though.

That is a REALLY good SF. I dunno if he will make U21 due to lowish outside Defense for his age but he can surely be great quality starting SF for any offense in any III. league. I would hold onto this guy cause he is special.
