Ok, so worthy to sell would be... like, after a few weeks when TL less flooded... or after 2 seasons of him being trained solely every week.

um... ok. send me a bb mail Troy Valmont
and I can.... help as much as I can without butchering we'll call it.

But def you want to use the offsite forum thing it says in his profile (it has issues if you use comcast)... and get more EXPERT advice for training an SF.

I like SFs that can rebound, play inside and out, give extra mobility to the team... Ideally id work on his RB, ID, OD and IS...

What do u mean by trainig the skills while keepin the salary down? Also, whos Salas? Is that the guy u picked?

U played Salas on pretty much every game last season... My picks arent good enough to play on the main team, i might put them on the bench or play them on SCs to give them court time...

I ended up drafting him, a SG and a PG

for a trainee, you play them every day to make sure they get their minutes.

REB makes salary jump up a lot. and, because if you don't promote out of D V, there's no way to keep affording a player of MVP or HOF or ATG potential to point here they can be u21 or NT

I got Coleman for example; he plays backup and plays ALL scrimmage. Usually gets 25mins at regular season games that eeither are not great or are blowouts........when in games that matter that week he's usually 8-10,....but anyways, 1 recommendation is play him like this
Strting lineup
PF-Starter=starter, backup=Erza Prether reserve=Erza Prether
ALWAYS START him in cup or scrimmage or cup games, heres a tip
1. Dress less than 9 players
2. this is how PF positionn should look;
starter; Erza Prether, backup, Erza Prether, reserve, Erza Prether
Tactics; Look inside (to give the ball to Prether)
Coach=Strictly Follow Depth Chart
Defense=2-3 zone (I think 2-3 zone is inside based, so that can help Prether)
There you are. But I suggest start him against Tar Heels. He'll be beast!
Lineup vs. Tar Heels
PF, Starter; Prether, backup, pf, reserve= Prether.
THat's what you should do for this first game. Remember, I'd recommend training Inside Scoring or Inside Defnese for about 4 weeks,........just a rough estimate, hope it'll help

Tough, Prath will need a CHUNK of work at PG.

and he has another draftee, who is a good compliment, and can train alongside Prath, and then after a season or 2 be SOLD, so that he can continue to afford to train Prath. He's in a great spot... except for 1 stat in particular on Prath.

refuse to comment. Just that, the work he needs done first and foremost is PG work. But its good that One of them will fix fairly quickly as its a secondary to the other as well.

Then once those are at decent ranges... That's when this guy will monster up. Looking at him too... He will monster up too...

Weekly salary: $ 11 151
The new Salary after processing for Paul Salas
Weekly salary: $ 8 147
For Arthur Quigley

Salas is RIGHT where expected... Quigley, less than expected. Otherland is satisfied with the salary levels at this time.
Braconi, Falcao, and Watt all experienced barely noticeable dips in salary.

Stop the Presses
Otherland's rival is no longer the Houston Rocketeers!? It is now Browntown?!

Browntown isn't even in the same league, talent and ability-wise as the Otherland Champions.

A loss in a 1-3-1 experiment that was a horrible idea.

In their only other meeting, a metting where Otherland used a PTB offense, instead of their signature inside scoring offense.

Browntown's roster, not much change from last year, Steve Williams' salary a little higher.
Klein still their best player, but not as effective as newly acquired Champion Braconi
Allan Rockwell their 9kish SF, will be matched mostly vs Quigley (projected) whom is an 8k+ salary player now. Browntown has 0 answer for Paul Salas, as Val Jackson is about as good as Steve Williams.

Last year's Standings:
4 Houston Rocketeers 12 10 2245 2142 0.545 103
5 Browntown 9 13 2028 2104 0.409 -76
6 Otherland 9 13 2020 2154 0.409 -134

Houston Rocketeers would have made for a much more exciting rivalry as they feature
Willard Satterfield (17738978)
Center
Weekly salary: $ 37 459
Age: 23
Height: 6'6" / 198 cm
Potential: hall of famer

Damion Hutchinson (19238322)
Center
Weekly salary: $ 26 800
Age: 22
Height: 6'9" / 206 cm
Potential: hall of famer

Elias Dowling (10594403)
Small Forward
Weekly salary: $ 29 521
Age: 28
Height: 6'10" / 208 cm
Potential: MVP

Diego Richards (9845913)
Small Forward
Weekly salary: $ 12 936
Age: 30
Height: 6'5" / 196 cm
Potential: star

Carroll Daniels (10594405)
Power Forward
Weekly salary: $ 12 534
Age: 29
Height: 6'8" / 203 cm
Potential: perennial allstar

Clyde Deal (11774496)
Small Forward
Weekly salary: $ 10 426
Age: 27
Height: 6'6" / 198 cm
Potential: allstar

Hutchinson and Satterfield the only 2 big men in the league that gave Otherland's Salas and Quigley combo problems. Shakin babies in the Great 8 had maybe the leagues best bigman in juan luis Carapio, but Salas played Carapio evenly in their only matchup (Quigley got the start, and while effective was outmatched... But Salas held his own)
http://www.buzzerbeater.com/match/42845509/boxscore.aspx

As Otherland and Houston are the 2 obvious favorites to win the Big 8 this season... its perplexing why they are no longer rivals. Otherland fans have mixed reactions...

Otherland Champions doing a GREAT job of handling their finances, in a league where there are complications and issues... a big question mark on the season is can the Houston Rocketeers afford their high HIGH salaried roster, and it's a deep roster with 24 players on it too.
