These pops are not unrelated. OD and DR have been usual pops during HA training since start of BB.

If we do see two tertiary pops in a training week, it probably would occur around the all-star game when many teams have two games and will therefore be training stamina or FTs, and therefore will have more players available for the additional training to impact. I don't know if BB has teams that have like 50 players being trained in FT or not, but a team like that too may be able to report multiple tertiary pops. This wouldn't likely be of use for much else, but at least it could demonstrate a case where different tertiary skills pop in the same training week/regimen, if that is how it works.
