Somehow financially survive the season without selling players and promote against the odds
Slash and burn staffing salaries and watch several of your team spend time out injured.
Sure up a position above the relegation zone and then sell one player
Go bankrupt slowly and watch all your team go up for sale
Win the battlers tournament against the odds, use the cup proceeds to aid cash flow
Sell your entire squad when the market is up and buy some young cheap trainees, watch them develop into Aussie U21 players and tank your way down to Div IV
Set up a second team and pay over the market price for a couple of your scrubs, then watch both teams go bot
Ignore the red ink
Campaign for becoming a GM and then (miss) use the GM button
Bite yourself and put yourself out of your pain
Listen to and take Sids advise

u wont have a choice soon. Two weeks after having a -$500k balance at weekly economic update, if your still not above -$500k, then ur players will be auto-listed on the transfer market.

So BB is in essence, going to make the choice for you.

The home game on Saturday should push me back below the -$500k limit, so I'm assuming the two weeks would then start again on Monday?

I dont believe that this is correct.

I believe the 2 weeks start when you are below -500K before the financial update.

i.e. if your indebt 499K on the Sunday evening before the financial update, you wont start the two week time clock

If you owe more than 500K before the financial update occurs, that is when you will get your bankruptcy warning bbmail

Correct.

The bankruptcy clock only starts if you are < -500k BEFORE the financial update.

If you are > -500k before the update, but the update pushes you below -500k, then the clock will not start and you won't get your warning letter.

But yeah, why stay in debt? You must be paying around 25k a week just in interest each week?
Sell one of your doods to get back into the green!

I'm surprised no one has suggested that Matty is full of bollocks, actually has a few million saved up, and is getting ready to buy up a monster roster to make a run for the championship hahaha

Great round by the Big 8 teams who won 6 of the 8 games whilst playing away from home

Probably the same reason why nobody spotted it when I posted bullcrap economy figures last week.

Ah ok, that would explain why I haven't received any bankruptcy warnings yet.

I stay in debt because I'm stubborn. :p

But yes you're right, I probably should sell someone.
