I want to adapt, but right now the only solution that i have found, is from the next season to switch to guards training, and thats what the majority of the managers will do. Give us that big secret that will make the inside tactics to win again. I really want to know.

It's not that hard. Just compare the suggested positions of the teams that manage to play inside tactics and compare it with oldskool teams that try the same. That should give enough info what sort of players you'll need.

Many PGs, no SFs, one or no SGs, more PFs than usual and also some Cs of course.

My question was: do you think BBs will change the new GE?

Imho it can ok but there are several examples of "strange matches" and what I ask is simply if something will be changed cause BBs realised that the new GE is not well balanced, that's all ;)

Because 'suggested position' SFs are generally JumpShot bombers, with very high JS and some other stuff from 1-to-1 training. This mean they take their own shot and can't get the ball to your inside men, which is your goal. If your guards are good enough (also defensively) you can certainly play a PF at the SF position.

I'm not sure about ideal PFs, I like a lot of driving and some JS at PFs. PA is important for all players, but it's hard to train for inside players, so you need to buy passers. F.e i've got two centers averaging 3.6 and 3.2 assists/game, which is quite a lot for inside men imo.

Well all my players can D. Actually my SF can D better than he shoots, only 3 at PA, who is killing me i think. My plans is to upgrade the SF position soon. 2 of my best big men have 5 at passing. 4 of them they have at least 6~10 on JS. My guards have 10-8-6 at PA. So looks like that all of my players can pass. Do i need a PG with 12+ at PA to be successful? (always considering the low lvl of my league).

Its not like that i dont have passing in my team, and considering that i would expect better results using inside tactics.

in my opinion 4 (dont know the english word for this level) is already good, not ideal, PA for PF and C
so I don't think its that hard to train,or to find in the TL

but I want to know what you all consider to be a good level of PA for the C and PF

The balance of your guards seem to weigh more to shooting than to passing, so their focus in games will also be more to shooting than to giving assists. If you check the games where you played a low post, your top shooter and scorer is your 70k SG (i only check two games). He maybe be an awesome guard, but he doesn't fit in inside tactics, because you decrease his looks for shooting by playing an inside focus, but he will still shoot more than pass, while his looks are worse.

So it's a combination of skills, I can't just say your guard needs 12 PA, you need a level high enough to be able to give the passes, but also the balance of your players should weigh at leasts equal to passing, preferably even more to passing than shooting.
