Ranking of effects of today's training:

 1. Yasujiro	1 pop (I like this skill)
 2. Matsumoto	1 pop (in less important skill than Yasujiro)
 3. Furusawa	Stamina pop

 4-15. Twelve players without pops and drops

16. Tsunami	0 pops / 0 drops
17. Sonoda	Stamina drop
18. Kouzuki	1 drop


Hip hip hooray. Finally I found ranking in which Tsunami isn't the worst.

In my opinion Yasujiro has the best contribution of skills from all players in NT. However his problem is relatively small sum of skills. So his the best chance is to train only important skills and don't waste time for less important.

Hmmm... I checked one minute ago in database and I see that Kouzoki has the best quality/SS ratio in NT squad, however it is effect of bad secondaries, and therefore divisor in fraction is the smallest and result of dividing is the highest.

PS: As reward of today's pop he has 90% chance that he will watch Monday's match from tribunes.

In fact it is my wish that Kouzuki will never play in NT anymore. He is too weak. It would be big desperacy if I used him (bad form and/or injuries of better bigs). I hope among players out of NT squad I'll find few better bigs and after match with Australia Kouzuki will be forever out of NT squad.
It's nothing personal or something like that. He is too weak and we need better players. After few weeks my 20yo player (curently still 19yo) will be better than Kouzuki - it describes level of Kouzuki. Many 21yo players could easy destroy Kouzuki.
I expect salary of Kouzuki will be under 70k in next season. I think currently his virtual salary is between 69-71k, and he still can drop few times before salary update.
It's reality.

I probably agree & if I was running the team I would be looking for better players too. Even on my team he is not good enough to start now & I hope his salary drops even more so he is a great backup for me. He has made his great contributions to the team & it may be time to move on. I will understand if he is cut next season.

Malice & YC stop reading now.

But this week again he is in proficient GS, the 4th best big on the team by DMI so maybe he can get his last run & then I can be silent on this issue forever.

I believe in community and family. nation, race...same thing to me, a class you are born into, not one you choose. Someone can completely be against the idea of nation and
yet they are classed into a nationality. That is the same EXACT thing as racism. predeterimined descriminate inaccurate. nation does not define culture. It tries to, but it can't. Culture stems from family and community, not government. Government tries to control both, but in the end, is a product, not a producer of culture.
We got Chinese, Australian, American whatever here in japan. We have created a culture
of cooperation and mutual encouragment. This is what makes us a community. Its not
about being Japanese. Its about being a team

A standing salute for your thoughts friend, thats the same I define about a prosperous community.
But the truth is that sometimes patience is the only way left, you had to wait for a season even if you dislike him, otherwise if you keep on pointing him again and again every week, you'll be harmed more, many of your followers will turn against you and thats not good for the community. Instead of getting affected by the rankings system(that I didn't understood much how he compare them, but everyone has its own style) Just train your player in a way that he can be turned into a future star, without listening anyone else, as you are experienced enough that you know which skills can be usefull for NT. Thats how you can prove everything wrong and is the best Possible solution to the problem. Sorry, this was just my opinion and was not any personal attack to any one.
