The home game on Saturday should push me back below the -$500k limit, so I'm assuming the two weeks would then start again on Monday?

Correct, i too have been living on the edge like this for the past couple seasons

I dont believe that this is correct.

I believe the 2 weeks start when you are below -500K before the financial update.

i.e. if your indebt 499K on the Sunday evening before the financial update, you wont start the two week time clock

If you owe more than 500K before the financial update occurs, that is when you will get your bankruptcy warning bbmail

Correct.

The bankruptcy clock only starts if you are < -500k BEFORE the financial update.

If you are > -500k before the update, but the update pushes you below -500k, then the clock will not start and you won't get your warning letter.

But yeah, why stay in debt? You must be paying around 25k a week just in interest each week?
Sell one of your doods to get back into the green!

I'm surprised no one has suggested that Matty is full of bollocks, actually has a few million saved up, and is getting ready to buy up a monster roster to make a run for the championship hahaha

Probably the same reason why nobody spotted it when I posted bullcrap economy figures last week.

Ah ok, that would explain why I haven't received any bankruptcy warnings yet.

I stay in debt because I'm stubborn. :p

But yes you're right, I probably should sell someone.

Been some very well known Managers and also players, who have spent time in Div II.111. (II.3)

Any one care to nominate a "most well known" list of Managers and also the best players ever from our glorious division.

Need to be some criteria to rule out the flyby nighters and rent a beasts, so here they come.

Managers either need to have spent a total of 3 seasons in this Div or have promoted from this Div
Managers are to be judged not on how good they are, but instead how well known they would be to the larger Aussie BB community.

Players must have spent at least 2 continious seasons in this Division and would be judged on how good they were during their time in this league

Looking forward to some interesting nominations

What division do you mean? II.3?

If so then I nominate myself. Spent four seasons there although it may have been less if not for the "SplitJgate" affair, the season where every starter got injured and the hopelessly addicted $700,000 team in the day when the top teams were $350,000 in division II.

I am not saying this hasn't happened to every manager at some time. My favourite Platoon quote is, "Excuses are like a--holes; everyone has one and they all stink."

Just take a look at who was playing in season 17, I would say 14/16 teams that season are highly noteworthy for one reason or another.
