plan has always been to train 3, keep 2, sell 1... i bought 1 of em real cheap, so by end of year should make a nice profit on him :D

good plan. my training plan isnt so clear. its really to train Addison and throw the pg i brought and then really ju8st train arnot cause he is there. he is too old to really do anything with but i may sell him for a little

I wouldn't put much weight into DMI, it means pretty much nothing.

i didnt think it was that important, however i think hippo regards it highly.

do you know what it reflects? eg. salary? or skill points in relation to age?

It's heavily influenced by training and game shape.

In the past, proficient game shape DMI was a good indicator on what salary that trainee would have next season ie. 600000 DMI = 60k salary.

Though the salary formula has changed slightly, it's a pretty decent indicator. Also useful towards the end of the season to see how your opponents trainees have come along, as a 25k salary may actually be 50k next season..

So yeah, DMI is rubbish.

Otherwise people should run away from Tau and McArthur when they have proficient GS, 1,500,000 DMI and 1,300,000 DMI lol.

Salaries are good at hiding skillsets too.

Dell'Asta can guard any PG/SG/SF in division III and II, but his 80k PF salary hides that.

but now near the tail end of the season i might pay attention to see how some of the young blokes come along
