there are 48 players in the draft.
and each player can be scouted 1 or 2 times. 1 time gives you a star grading of the player (more clearly you get a number from 1 to 5 for each scouted player, 1 being a weak player, and 5 being the stronger players in the draft) if the same draftplayer gets a second scouting, you get a little more info like his skill at which he is best + the grading for that skill (e.g. outside defence = respectable).
You have no influence on which players are scouted, you just need to wait and see.
What do you know:
if you pay 5000/ week, you will get 1 piece of info/week, so if you scout 12 week for 5000, you get 12 pieces of info.
if you pay 10000, and scout 12 weeks, you get 24 pieces of info.
The biggest part of info you'll get are star rankings, some of the pieces will also be the exta info, but they are fewer since the same player will have to be scouted twice in order to get it.
with 48 player with 2 possible pieces of info per player, there are 96 pieces of info hidden, which you can uncover by scouting.
scouting a whole season (14 weeks) for
5000 -> you will possibly get a star ranking of 14 players, but maybe you get a star ranking of 12 players and 2 player have some extra info...
10000 -> you will get 28 pieces of info, probably at least 20 star ratings.
20000 -> you get 42 pieces of info, probably at least 25 star rankings
40000-> you get 56 pieces of info, so probably most of the players' star ranking, but probably still not all players...
As you see you will never be able to get ALL info there is to find out...
