New Player on The Roster

With all the recent transfers being made by the Louisiana Gators, this guy is guaranteed to stay for a while. Ansis Braunbergs is new guys name. He is expected to be able to raise the prestige of the Louisiana Gators. A fun fact is that Braunbergs is the 3rd highest paid player in IV.19 with Clearwater Crush holding the top two. "I am glad to be here with this team and hope to have an amazing career here in this league and most of all this team after hearing about all the controversy of Coach Montel talking about retirement,. I just hope I'll make sure his decision to stay will be a good one," said Braunbergs.

More Stars on the Transfer List

Coach Montel has again put some stars on the transfer list. Even though these two guys didnt start for the Gators they were both superstars to Gator fans. Who are they you ask??? They are Tyler Birch the backup PF/C and Jose Ibiaga the backup C. Although Ibiaga was not here as long as Birch he was a well known to Gator fans having break through nights snagging rebounds left and right. "This is the best team i have played on yet. During my stay here with the Gators I have met some of the most amazing players and coaches. I know Coach Montel is just looking for something better and i totally understand that," said Ibiaga. Birch on the other had started off with the Ragin Cajuns when Coach Montel first started coaching this team which means he has been here through some good times and bad times even through the name change to Louisiana Gators. "I really enjoyed my stay here but i see its my time to go now. It kind of became hard seeing coach get rid of Boucher and so many other awesome players that i played with. Now i see its my time to go. My stay was a very awesome stay and i hope i will be missed because i will miss all of these guys including the new guys," said Birch. Coach Montel had nothing to say walking away from Gator News Reporters emotionally saying he will talk to us later.

"Farewell To all teams being Demoted or Promoted"

The Louisiana Gators wants to say a final farewell to all teams being demoted or promoted. We have really enjoyed your company in IV.19. To the Season 10 IV.19 Champs, The Clearwater Crush, Good Luck in the III. league maybe I will see you soon up there.

Season 11 is Finally Here

Season 11 is here and the Louisiana Gators are ready to roll playing their first game of the season tonight against Konoha Shinobi. The Gators hope to improve last seasons' record of 17-5 with more win and an improved roster."Im the only original player still here this wonderful team and I dont think Im going anywhere," said Lino Zuniga the starting PF for the Gators. Coach Montel is gaining experience and the team improves every year. I think we have improved our tactic ability both inside and outside. We werent really able to prove that this past Thursday after I scheduled a scrimmage against a former NBBA team. But I am promising to all of the Louisiana Gator fans that we are improved from last season. In other news Louisiana Arena now has a capacity of 7130. Hopefully every game sells out to help keep funds up with rising player salaries. If we sell out every game it is projected to generate 116k which should definately keep the Gators Economy floating.

Its That Time Of The Season....AGAIN!

Tonight the Gators face off against their friendly rival the Iron Dukes. The Gators have been playing the Iron Dukes since Season 7 and have won 4 of 10 games they have played so far. Its really a big rivalry and they are our friends. Some of the players on both teams hang out with each other when they arent practicing. The Gators have never started their season off 2-0 and hope to do so tonight. Im the only original left around here and that means I've played them every time were scheduled to and it has been exciting every time. I look forward to this game every season," said Lino Zuniga the starting PF for the Gators.

Gators Make Franchise History!

Last night the Gators came into Louisiana Arena ready play a good game and a good game they played against the Iron Dukes our friendly rival. The Gators played in front of their largest home crowd ever with 7055 screaming fans cheering them on thanks to the recent expansion of adding more bleachers, lower tier, and courtside seats. This is the first time the Gators beat Iron Duke in their first matchup out of two in the season. Thats one the the historic things the Gators did and the second is its the first time the Gators start off 2-0 overall. "Hopefully its a sign of a good season," sad Lino Zuniga the starting PF. Also one last thing to catch your eye is that was the most points ever beating the Iron Dukes. Just in case you really didnt catch the historic things that happened last night.

Possible Undefeated Season???

A lot of Gator fans have been asking the big question, Are we going to have an undefeated season?. " My answer to that is probaly not. Look at who all we havent played yet. Brazos Woodrats, we have to play Iron Duke again, and Schrodas Shootas again. I just making a realistic prediction. To possibly make an undefeated season we need even more talent than we already have. If we get another Ansis Braunbergs on our team then we can say something about an undefeated season.I really am proud of these guys right now because we are still yet undefeated.6-0 we are making franchise history.'' said Coach Montel.
