According to this:
0 Announcer: < 5k
1 Bench warmer: < 5k
2 Role player: < 9,5k
3 6th man: 11,5-13,5k,
4 Starter: 21-24k,
5 Star: 33-40k
6 AllStar: 43-65k
7 Perennial allstar: 80-100k
8 Superstar: 125-145k
9 MVP: 195-230k
10 Hall of famer: 500k+
11 All time great: 1M+

an allstar will cap at 43-65k and you are telling me, that a guard with 4500 starting salary will reach this mark in the middle of 21? He cant afford a high level trainer... It isnt possible for him to train him this fast
I have 2 U21 prospects myself so I think i know what Im talking about, too.
And you obviously dont want to understand what Im talking about.
He is a new manager in div V he cant afford a high level trainer! He doesnt know enough to train such a guy to this level!

And it is more beneficial for you team if you take a lower potential guy with higher salary than the other way round.
Cause you will make more money out of it, and you will be able to buy a really good trainee. One with very good potential (8 or higher) AND good salary.

And I never said it isnt worth training anything below 4000!!!
I just said it is better to get a higher salary guy with less potential cause it will help you more.
And it was 3500 this is a huge difference!

I just tried to help him and wrote a few sentences well maybe next time i should do something like this?

Only train guys like this!
6th man 5k salary
Starter 4752
Star 4430
AllStar: 4227
Perennial allstar 4000
Superstar3598
Hall of famer 3320
All time great: anything is fine

Is this better?

And again im asking YOU if YOU would really train a guy with 3000 salary? I dont think so

@brain buster
With mark i mean what you do with every text in every programm with the mouse if you want to copy something

Yes, I would train a guy with 3k if he had enough potential for the AA team, actually I'm starting to train a HOF with 4.4k guard that only has this salary because of the rebounding.

I think you should NEVER train a player with salary less than 3500!!

So, even if he reaches the II in some year, he shouldn't train a big potential player with less than 3500, with the objective to take him to the National Team?

With a level 4 trainer you could cap an allstar player with good starting skills in 3 seasons.

I wasn't talking about him, of course that in this moment he doesn't have much money, but it's a bit weird to say that you shouldn't ever train a guy with less than 3.5k despite having good potential.

Was he single position trained? Did he ever pop double? I have a 5'9 trainee and sometimes he pops in consecutive weeks on 2 position training.

@thread author
I understand attachment to lesser guys you drafted, but if you happened to buy junk, why keep it?
If you just want to see a popcorn feast, buy some 7'5 guys and train what you were going to.

I guess everyone wastes a season figuring BB out..

He has been single position trained from the beginning I think.

Yeah he has popped in consecutive weeks. He popped 4 weeks in a row last season on two skills, and it wasn't elastic either, they were both already of the other skills already.

This should have been posted inside the "how to train this beast" thread.

Just sayin'.

Sorry Manon, I was just being sarcastic with my previous comment towards the OP, insinuating that both of his trainees suck big time and is not worth any kind of time wasted on them.

I know, lame joke. No offense meant.
