otherwise, I said 4 things, I guess

1. that training was late in Denmark too
2. that I hardly found it worth reporting since the response is always the same
3. that delayed training was the norm rather than the exception and
4. that I had seen no evidence of any work being done on a long term fix of the problem

I believe all those statements to be true. ref point 2 already made above, however, it is hardly a point worth laboring. again.
