On the same notion has everyone tried trainer with Career extension to prevent these kind of pop downs, for how long it may be effective to extend career of the player with let's say level 6 trainer?

Oh really this means that even lvl 1 trainer with Career extension will prevent drop downs. It would be interesting to know how effective this kind of training is.

Trainer level does not influence specialty(career extension) in older players (> 32) but level will help minimize skills drop points even for older players.

I think that Raymund meant that, only if you train a 32+ player, the level of the trainer influence the drop speed.

I think he stated that the higher the age the higher level trainer with career extension you need and it doesn't conflict with notion that specialties doesn't have levels. Am I right?

And I don't think it's dumb to train 32+, I would like to have player like Jason Kidd who can play high level until he is 40 with high experience.

His statement was fairly ambiguous and i don't think he will rephrase:)

It contradicts the stated rule that "the level of the staff member does not impact the effectiveness of the specialty" if we are talking about slowing the drops.
