What do you guys think about him?
Well I think you should train him to become an PG because you can get a better PG than a SG with his Potential. This is just my opinion.

Bro your player is awesome. He can be a great asset for the USA NT team if you train him well. I would just suggest just train the top 3 Big Man skills equally. I like my players to have better D than anything else but its all up to you. D would be the best for any team and IS and RB right behind.

Nah, it's something all NT coaches can set for their countries players.

I'm excited about him, and that was the plan. I have nothing but Big trainees anyway. Would you suggest rotating IS, ID and REB or spending a season on each?

But I already have a 24 y/o perennial all-star PG that could be good, so I want to train him up while training Rex Glenn.

So, I should train up Rex Glenn using the single-position guide that Coco wrote?

I'm relatively new, but I think he'll need a decent amount of training to become national team worthy. what position is he? He'd be a better PG because of his passing and handling. Also, I don't know about the black people thing. I've heard it a decent amount of times.

In terms of training, make suer you have an advanced (4) or higher (if you can afford it) and be certain to get im at least 48 minutes at the training position or positions. Make sure you train single position unless you aren't able to with that particular type of training, especially if you are training for U21 or NT, which I wouldn't advise unless you live in a smaller country . The types of skills you can't single position train are JS, 1v1, and RB. Based on his skill set I would to train Passing, then Outside Defense, a bit of Outside Shooting and 1v1 guards or Jumpshot guards in short weeks. Be sure to rotate through training types to avoid the elastic effect penalty. He looks like a pretty good trainee and that potential is great. Good Luck.
Edit: sorry about my help forum comment; I thought you had stared this thread. My bad.
