We can debate on the other half of what you spoke but it quite clear what was said. "New players wont play well when bought to a new team, they play well after some time", I'm not making it up.

That's the game shape drop - read the season 24 news post. Or just this excerpt:

They don't make BuzzerBeater players like they used to. We're not sure if it’s today's society, education standards, or sheltered mentality, but players these days just seem to need more time to acclimate to new surroundings and teammates. As announced in the Season 23 news post, players will now experience a game shape drop upon joining a new team. The game shape hit will affect players in peak shape the most, with the effect having a lesser impact for lower levels. As announced, the affected players should bounce back to form in a couple of weeks with proper weekly minute management.

my point was relating to buying a new player to promote in the playoffs.. My argument on exp is another matter and is still just. NO one is buying players for exp they buying them for skills..exp is good but just a small bonus. Which any younger can get over time. If the younger player skills are better to start than a older player with same amount of skills but good exp.

Its just make sense to get the younger player, because you can always get the exp. I don't see how anyone can argue that.

We are just stating the obvious:
- For the same skills, older players are cheaper and have better XP.
- Older players have less seasons ahead of them

1. this depends on the age if they are cheaper or not.

2. A player with less season ahead of him is more reason not to buy him.. No need to sell false hope to managers because of xp . Yes having xp is great and will win a few games and cheap, we all love cheap on bb(lol). But end at of the day its youth in value with skills that will keep your team afloat, exp playing the bonus kicker. He can save sleep with the younger player than keeping buying olds on market because xp can be gained in the same fashion.

That is not bad advice Xp is not a big deal for a starting team in 5 league. Its a marathon not a sprint

In Japan, when a person first gets their driver's license, they have to put a big sticker on their car letting other drivers know that they are beginners. I suggest BB do the same......Put a big ICON or something next to the posters name that let's other posters know they are newbies. This way, you won't have these posters fooling anybody with their BS. Maybe take the ICON off after a full year of playing.

That would be too long for some people. When I started playing, I found the forums early, gained knowledge through experience and reading the threads, and in a few months, I was able to help others on a regular basis.

If you remember me, then I don't care if everyone else forgets.

I can proxy a +1. And yes, a time-based solution is no answer - I don't think Brain Buster is active any longer so I think there's no harm in making him a representative example of "time doesn't cure all wounds" theory.
