So what does everyone think about the new Drafting method?

I know a lot more people spent points this season, and the allure of a 19 year old with a couple of Strong skills has certainly put more interest into the draft.

but im just curious to find out if people think its actually been worthwhile? And did they use the new skill point discovery mechanisms and what they thought of them?

I got a 19 year old MVP with 3 strong skills. IS,HN and PS and with one week of training HN poped to prof and DR popped to strong. This is in Utopia. Did not use the other new tolls but very happy 19 year olds are better.

Also got a SS with strong OD and DRi I'm going to train in the outside chance he might make the 21 NT. It fits my training plans so worth a shot.

I approve, 19yo are now trainable which will make for a deeper draft and more trainees.

i got an 18yo (MVP) and two 19yo (MVP & Per allstar) all with decent starting ID & OD thanks to the 40 odd scouting points I invested this year. Will train all three for a year or two and then see what I want to do with them.

I normally scout draft to find ages height and positions. This season however I used the new tools to find a gaurd spent 20 points and found out their pass od jr and block I think. Then I scouted the ones who had the best starting skills in these categories. Ended up with this guy.
