I agree, but there isn't enough points. Can you tell me any effective strategy to find a future 140+ TSP player, by using 56pts?

All I think of, is combine + demo + scout 18y olds + interview some 5 ball 18yos..

I get too much 5 ball 19y olds to interview them. If their salary is pumped with 8 primary skill, and they have bad TSP, they are basically useless...

If I was just looking for good trainees, I would reveal all skills for 50pts, but I want MVP+, and that still takes 3pts per player...

I think we need to start looking more at 19yo players before we decide if a draft pool is a flop or not.

Amen! I think there are a LOT of nuances that haven't even been thought of with the new draft. (Of course, one thing that won't change is the whining, eh?)

Yes there are viable 19yo draftees now, but the problem is finding them efficiently, because you need a lot more points if you also want to scout 19 yo's. Then it's a question wether you want to invest more money in draftees that have a lesser chance of being useful. I've done scouting for our U21 team, and I guess at most1/3rd of our prospects are drafted as 19yo's. So yes a draft pool can still have viable draftees, but if you have to spend a lot more points for just a small chance to find the good draftee, it might not be worth it.
