Me personally I don't think "it do it the 1st time right here" Im not being rude or anything , thats how I learned to see it.

If theres profit behind it they will do it. nothing wrong with that. In my mind team building need to change for the better on all levels of play. It feels like they are scrambling to find a answer ,that all for profit, again nothing wrong with that.. My view is always the same, they listened to bad advice on taxing players.. In stead of taxing the market.

Instead of taking control of pricing in the market for training, they taxed player(managers) for it. Adding cost will never lower cost. This is why what we have today and will for very long time.

All it does is make the person paying the cost find( create) a new route to pay these fees. Very shady things are going on even more so player going 2 million just because there on Nt or etc . Im for the betterment of the game. I don't think a u12 player shouldnt allowed to be chosen from 4-5 division only 3 div and above because if they chose to low in it they creates a buying climate to stay afloat.

Look at league 4 player with guys 30-50K a weeks of late.. Me personally I think they played the Gma n Bb amnin for sucker. A lot of people know this game, its about training yes but at what cost. why new player have eal with a team with 30-50k wage a week player in 4 div that are on Nt? A 4 div tem should be around 11-15k a player.. 25k is pushing it.

They cant say I want you to train and next managers has 3 18-19 yr old nt player on his team in the lowest league. This is same as having high salary players in low league which was stopped to my understanding( versus the rules). Nt and all the jazz should never be important in the lowest leagues. But the the way the draft works. its a gold mine.

Im talking on team building. The lower league should be about training not Nt team gold minding. How can a young team beat team of nt players in the lowest league?? As I see it it just making certain people richer, the majority its the guy who flip a lot.. That what the game has turned to flipping players.

Exactly as it sounds.
This is what they want confusion only a few can play it(trainers). Thats why they wont make app. . Building 1 player is 3~5 season wait, . You have to buy 7 solid other to hold his weak weight. A trainer should not be bidded on period.!!

This game is the best flipper win now . I tell you what go search some new team. some have over 400-500 player sold/flipped in about 3 season time.? This thread about player building ? I think what I said is valid. How can team build for other tactics like that.? They are not and will not. they can play LI//lp and win

I 100% disagree and this is 1st time I will 100% disagree with you have said.. They don't tax the market to control cost show me one implementation? they tax the managers. Cost of the market are out of control.. If this is the cure to all ills then why do they allow Nt player to be chosen from div5/4. those players cannot keep them nor train them.no starting team can compete with that. , team are going to flip and buy players not train. train is long, long route.

They can implement a lot of thing until But until they get cost under control in the market, teams are going to flip players. They can tax the manager all they want too, but they are going flip players , to me that's the best team build method now look at cost( money) to benefit it. Thats what a lot are doing. tax exempt breed this beast even more. BB about tactic's not training, training come second in Bb every long manager know this.. So why in the hell are BB mod putting army around training and none on tactic fairness or building.?

Manager don't care about a tax on the player sold , they still will make a profit regardless. Its not harder it easier than before , there was flat rate before no reward!. Now we reward teams for flipping players.! I gureentee you will see teams in your league making 500--2 mill off crap players they have flipped.

They haven't built anything for tactical player in the market its still the same in player style since season 5. Only 20xtime more expensive. How long does it take Manon.? training is only 3-5 seasons per youth? If what you say is true I shouldn't have to search for 2 hours for 3 days for a push the ball forward to complete my ptb pg. There are little to no ptb pf/c etc out there.. If you create it you wont get a dime for it, you will be selling him for cheap how is this fair? That manager will flip him like a flap jack to the next manager. Its a never ending cycle.

There is no unique team building because there nothing to control market cost, nothing to identify these player more better in the market. Trainers going for millions., Youth going for 2 million just because he nt team worthy or good potents. What do you think team are going to do , stay diligent or panic? when they are facing a team of 2-3nt players in league 5/4??
