Yeah well, let's call it that. If you play your 126k SG on strong GS 99 minutes, you don't train GS and (as it happened) his GS improves, then you must be very lucky indeed...
When stuff like that happens or when people hold GS with 80+ or 90+ on multiple players, I always assume that they have trained GS.
This is my other 9 stamina guy:
7, 32>7, 73>8, 67>7, 71>8, 65>8, 76>8, 74>8, 60>8, 76>8
This guy was at proficient in 6 of the final 8 weeks last season with minutes ranging between 55 and 70...and he is the main reason for my claim that lower seems to work better
For the OP. Just assume that the old rule of thumb for GS still apply, but that high stamina players can tolerate higher minutes more effectively. This change apparently was made because without blanks, the minutes for 8-9 stamina players are extremely difficult to manage.
