Thats a good idea as well but I kinda like being in the NZBL and having a good team. I know it is pretty hard to train young players in the NZBL but it is still possible. I am tryna train 2 players and only 1 of my trainees get the 48+ minutes every week.

I agree with you there hoddy. When I was in Div II it was way easier to train young players but NZBL its pretty hard.

Yeah i see that hopefully everyone keeps training these players so that we will have a strong NT squad in the near future. I have 2 trainees but only 1 of them is getting the 48mins required for full training.

Yea my main focus has been training two young kiwi players, has one that I am hoping to turn the 19yo into a monster. Hoddy what level manager do you have?

Lucky u have a world-class manager bro! I won't be able to afford that if I wanna be a top team in NZ. Need to get all my trainees to 48+mins a week or only 1 player will become good.
