I would like to know if it is worth training handling rather than one on one for my Guards

There is no handling option anyway. Quite honestly if my players' driving/handling skills aren't really bad (as in, more than a few levels behind Jump Shot/Outside Defence/Passing), then I almost never train 1 on 1 because doing the other options (Jump Shot, Passing, Pressure) also trains driving/handling, albeit at a lower rate, but I feel like JS, OD, and PS are more important guard skills than DV/HN anyway. Just my two cents.

Edit: Oops, forgot about Ball Handling training, sorry. Never actually trained that ever haha. Here is a good thread for training speed analysis if any of you are curious. (78242.1)

I train ball handling instead of One on One. If you do 1 pos Ball Handling you get just about the same amount of Driving training as you do with 2 pos One on One training. You also get Handling fasting (Duh) and some training in Outside Defense! Way better IMO
